include?
A. Owning and operating a Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ restaurant,
use of the brand name, trademarks, recipes, operating systems and methods and
décor. Additionally, you will receive support in these specific

A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ will provide the Franchisee with a complete set of
prototypical drawings, architectural assistance and
specifications.
Q. Who will supply me with my architectural
drawings?
A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ has an architectural firm who is
familiar with our design and layout.
Q. Who builds my store(s)?
A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ has national contractors who are familiar with our design and
layout.
Q. Do I have to negotiate with the
contractors?
A. Our Project Manager, under the Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™
Construction Consulting Agreement, will assist the franchisee with all
negotiations with construction contractors and other construction suppliers and
will assist in the supervision and management of the construction of the
facility. The Project Manager will handle all phases of your restaurant
development from the time the contracts are signed until your restaurant is
completed.
Q. How much is the franchise fee for a
Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ Restaurant?
A. $25,000 per store
location. A minimum of 5 franchises must be purchased at an initial cost of $65,000 which includes the full fee for the 1st restaurant and $10,000 deposits for each of the remaining franchises purchased.

royalties?
A. 6% of total gross sales less tax.
Q. What type of marketing assistance is
available?
A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ will have a complete grand opening
and an on-going Local Store Marketing program.

A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ only seeks
franchisees who enter into Area Development Agreements to develop multi-store
areas. A minimum of five (5) franchises must be purchased.

store?
A. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ has a Real Estate Department that will
provide Real Estate assistance in the site procurement process including
negotiation with the retail space owners.

A. Yes, but not necessarily in foodservice.

background in business management.
Q. Do I need to be involved in the day-to-day
operations of my franchise?
A. At least one owner or designated manager
must be involved on a full-time basis and must be responsible for the day-to-day
operations and management. The Franchisee does not need to be the General
Manager of its own store, but Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ must approve the General
Manager the Franchisee chooses
Q. Does Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ provide
financing?
A. We do not provide direct financing for our Franchisees, but
we do have the sources available to finance your franchise through SBA,
conventional financing sources, leasing companies and real estate
developers.

A. Yes.
Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ provides Franchisees assistance in the
preparation of your business plan for your financing needs.
Q. How will I know if I have the necessary
finances?
A. Your completed Personal Profile Evaluation Form
(Application) will be
evaluated by our finance department. A Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ Senior Manager
will let you know how your financial status fits within our profile and, if
needed, what your financing options might be.
Q. How long is the term of a Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ franchise agreement?
A. The franchise term is twenty (20)
