Edward Sigmond, President: Edward Sigmond is the founder of The Great American Food Chain, Inc. and holds the position of Chairman of the Board and President. Early in his life he developed a passion and understanding for the hospitality business and authentic foods. Edward's vision was to structure a public restaurant holding company to incubate and develop successful restaurant concepts.
In March of 2003, Edward orchestrated a reverse merger with The Great American Food Chain, Inc. and a public company, Xtranet Systems, Inc. The result was The Great American Food Chain, Inc., being a public company trading under the symbol GAMN.
The company's first acquisition occurred in August 2006 when Mr. Sigmond organized a buyout of 90% ownership in Kokopelli Franchise Company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The purchase provided The Great American Food Chain with an asset that, prior to acquisition, had sold 70 franchises with one franchisee operating in Toledo, Ohio and seven franchised restaurants slated to open by 1st quarter 2007.
Edward Sigmond is a partner in Sigmond and Johnson, Inc., a Dallas based investment banking firm specializing in working with public micro cap companies. Edward's vast experience helps the company guide their clients through the difficult early stages of development.
Mr. Sigmond is a member of the Board of Directors of MultiCell Technologies, Inc. a publicly held biotech company, and has served in this capacity since 2000. He serves as the chairman of the compensation committee and is a member of the audit committee. Mr. Sigmond structured an offering, raised, and ultimately funded MultiCell, $1.2 Million in 2000 through Kestrel Equity Partners, Ltd
Mr. Sigmond owns Kestrel Holdings, Inc., a real estate and equity investment company. He owns, has started, and participated in several real estate partnerships involving commercial properties in the Dallas market. His ownership has concentrated on retail entertainment restaurant/bar properties.

Kevin Johnson, Vice President: Mr. Johnson has a variety of managerial and entrepreneurial experience with start-ups and is intimately familiar with the processes of raising capital. He has written several business plans, term sheets, and executive summaries while developing numerous financial pro-forma statements. Kevin serves as vice-president of Sigmond & Johnson, Inc., a Dallas based investment-banking firm. Mr. Johnson's duties include performing due diligence, negotiating terms, and preparing legal documents to establish investment banking relationship with clients. He has experience in structuring debt and equity offerings as well as soliciting high net worth individuals, fund managers, venture capital firms and other sources of private equity capital.
Mr. Johnson is co-founder of The Great American Food Chain, Inc., and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Johnson has served as a consultant for MultiCell Technologies where he assisted in writing, revising, and formatting a private placement offering memorandum, business plan, and press releases.
He has also served as an independent marketing and sales consultant and financier on a variety of projects. He served as an Account Executive for Whole-Brain Marketing Group, San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Trinity University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.
